• Update on feedback from calls with trial users
• Calls are starting today, there was some technical difficulties with making calls outside the EU, those they spoke with were quite a small sample.
• Another person is starting to call today
• One query about a multi-mautic setup, wanted a price rather than a meeting
• Figuring out why contacts are being deleted
• Ruth to follow up with John and see if we can check the logs for some clues. Mike will share the timestamps
• Marketing checkbox - decision on where to add them
• Set up a campaign to add to the community mailing list (Ruth)
• Clarification on closing down a trial
• Mattias is looking into whether we can keep the trial live with restrictions, and then move that. No update as yet
• Landing page for conversion
• Pricing tiers still haven't been shared > As per the contract
