• Add popup in Mautic to tell users the trial has expired rather than shutting it down totally
• Can we switch off the crons etc - Mike to check in with Mattias
• Validate Looker dashboards - can we make the data public yet?
• Fixing the Mailfloss integration    

Notes from this meeting:

• Just calling isn't the right way to go - also going via WhatsApp and other approaches to reach out
• Mostly the conversations are helping people out with questions but not very commercially interesting
• There's a lot of people at the low end of the market at the moment who are doing the trials so it hasn't been easy to convert them
• The tiers are too expensive for people who just want to send emails / solo entrepreneurs who don't have the budget yet - but we're not able to drop the bottom tier as it's already not making a profit on those tiers.
• New team member starting in the USA who is going to focus on USA/UK calls
