Actions from last meeting

• Action: Ruth and Mike to finalise the scope for the phases and return with that to the Council.
• Completed in the Google Doc and shared with the Council. Ruth is actively following up.

Notes from this meeting

• Defining what happens when the trials end - we need to figure out the process for data transfer
• Mattias: A zip file of the database and the files is created but we don't have the contact details from the customer at Dropsolid to send them their details.
• SMS will be sent manually with the password to the download file, which will have a 30 day retention
• We can delete the download link and password from the m.mautic.org profile once the file is deleted
• Updated the terms of the agreement to state that data retention is 30 days from the close of the trial
• Discussion on the interactive help screen, the tool we were thinking to use adds HTML snippets rather than adding javascript snippets which wouldn't be a very efficient way of working. MIke shared a working example: https://codepen.io/sjmc11/pen/NWzaWxw
• Might be best to look for a different tool that would allow us to do this without having to add html elements - Mike will have a look into this.
• There are some conversations happening with companies but no progress yet on conversions.
• Axelerant has started with writing the copy for the tour guide this week.
