The Weekly Check-in Meeting for the Mautic Community Portal Working Group serves as a regular forum for the team to connect, review our progress, and align goals for the next phase.
Taking a deep dive into the health, functionality, and evolution of the Decidim instance, we discuss updates, review open issues, brainstorm enhancements, and engage in open dialogue to foster continuous improvement of the community portal.
This meeting builds on our collective commitment to maintain a vibrant Mautic community. Come prepared to share, learn, and strategize as we continue to refine our community engagement platform.

- Unable to see the join meeting button on events, not sure when it started to become a problem. GitHub Issue: https://github.com/mautic/Community-Portal/issues/107
- Tried turning off the Cloudflare DDoS protection but this hasn't made a difference, the iframe still doesn't load.
- Action: Hadrien will focus on the new version, check if it's still a problem there and if so dive into what's going on.
- Depoyed the new version to Infomaniak but there's one issue that's being worked on to do with assets, once that's fixed we'll be ready to test and consider a new deployment date.
- Action: Hadrien will inform of progress and let us know when it's ready to test.
- Hoping we can use the API to get meetings/events from the community portal to show on the chatbot -
- Action: Hadrien will share with Ekke his PoC which they worked on in Lisbon.
- Octree are working on a REST API which will launch ~April which will mean we have a lot more flexibility to do things. It'll also have the ability to register webhooks so we can use it as a trigger.
